Cibofòbia is a work that comes from a participatory process with the students of the European Master in History and Food Culture. Cibofòbia reflects on food fear as, at the same time, a subjective and an universal emotion that has traveled during all the history of mankin, changing in form and content but keeping alive to the present day.
