“You can do it with everything” is the subtitle of Panzanellart workshop and it is also the title of a short but dense essay by Angela Vettese on contemporary art language. Yeah, panzanella and contemporary art are done with everything. So let the children play and “design” a work of art as if it were a recipe, let’s prepare collages and panzanella.
